Harvesting

Crushing & Pressing
We extract rich juice from Palmyrah fruits by adding sugar, plums, and lime, boiling and cooling meticulously, then straining to prepare for fermentation
Fermentation
Fermentation transforms Palmyrah juice into alcohol, starting with yeast, plums, and sugar, followed by three days of primary fermentation and five days of pressurized fermentation.
Ageing & Bottling
Palmyrah wine undergoes meticulous aging, filtration, and secondary fermentation. Adjusted for optimal flavor, it’s enhanced with Palmyrah sprite for effervescence, then bottled, sterilized, and capped, ensuring each bottle delivers exceptional quality and taste.
